We booked our first river cruise from Amsterdam to Nuremberg with JWT Dublin to celebrate a ‘big’ birthday in October 2024.
Suffice to say it was the best holiday of our lifetime. While the on- board facilities and food were simply fantastic, the service from Caroline in JWT was simply unbelievable. Returning home, we were to travel with Aer Lingus from Munich to Dublin on Sunday 20th October. Unfortunately storm ‘Ashley’ had other ideas and planes could not land in Dublin. Caroline took care of everything, booking hotel accommodation for all of us and other necessary arrangements until we were able to travel home the following day. We are already looking forward to our next trip with JWT.

Having been on our 6th cruise booked through Caroline have to say best in the West. Her knowledge of cruise ships and her advice on how to cruise is first class. From downloading cruise apps to filling in same second to none. Explains how the ship works with regards to dining, drinks packages, tips, she explains it all. Highly recommend her services.
WHAT A TRIP!!! We took Neptune Basketball club’s U12 team to Salou & Tarragona (Barcelona) on a Team building training camp. Absolutely incredible from start to finish. JWT had a representative waiting at 3:30am in Cork airport to greet us and make sure we got off on our trip without a hitch. Once we arrived in Reus airport we met our tour manager Danny in the arrivals hall, who stayed with us through the whole trip, right up until we went through airport security 4 days later. Danny is fluent in Spanish so this was a huge hep.
All coach transfers organized for every training session & match. JWT also organized our team excursion to Portadventura world Caribe water park. Hotel was lovely (apart from the food) but other than that this trip was faultless!!!! Happy to advise another basketball club looking to do a similar trip. Thank you to Martina Sands and the team (and Danny in Spain)
My husband and I travelled to Cadiz with the Paul Claffey tour on the 5th June for our 40th wedding anniversary. We had the most amazing experience from beginning to end. On arrival to the hotel, we were escorted to the room with our bags, and much to our surprise we received an upgrade to a suite. The room had swan made towel art, complimentary chocolates and champagne.
Throughout our stay entertainment, food, staff, and the lovely people we met during the week made our stay truely wonderful. We had a fun filled week. We would highly recommend this tour to others.

Thank you so much for your Virgin Voyages recommendation and for all your help with booking it. We had an absolute ball on board. It was so much fun, the staff were wonderful and so friendly and the variety of wonderful restaurants was a highlight. We will definitely be back looking for a cruise with Virgin soon!

We have recently returned from a Celebrity Mediterranean Cruise holiday recommended by and booked with Caroline. We had a fantastic time which in part is thanks to Caroline’s advice and recommendations. Caroline is very professional and is so knowledgeable in cruise holidays. During the uncertainty around the Aer Lingus strike, Caroline continually kept us up to date on the situation and arranged an alternative flight with the cruise company which took away any potential stress and made the process so easy for us. I will definitely book with Caroline again, quality Customer service.

Went on the Leinster tour to South Africa in April 2024. Amazing trip from start to finish. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, even if rugby wasn’t your thing.
Our trip to South Africa to follow Leinster in their 2 URC fixtures was the trip of a lifetime. I would highly recommend this trip to any other Leinster fans if the opportunity arises.
