After exploring wonderful Porto, we will cruise into the heart of the UNESCO listed Douro Valley passing quaint villages, dramatic scenery and terraced vineyards that have been grown here since Roman times.

Along the way, we will stop at charming ‘quintas’, where we will meet local winemakers and sample exquisite regional wines.

In Salamanca, Spain, we will wander the beautiful UNESCO Old Town and famous University, one of the oldest in Europe. We will also visit the place where ‘Portugal was born’, stunning Guimarães, home to the first king of Portugal.
