DAY 1: Bridgetown, Barbados

DAY 2:Castries, St. Lucia

DAY 3: Fort-de-France, Martinique
Arrive in Fort-de-France, the lively capital of Martinique. Explore the city’s French Caribbean charm, with its beautiful architecture and vibrant markets. Visit the historic Fort Saint Louis, the colourful Schoelcher Library, and the lush Jardin de Balata. Take a tour of the island’s rum distilleries or relax on the stunning beaches of Les Salines and Anse Mitan.Martinique is also wonderful if your idea of exercise is turning over every 10 minutes to get an even tan and your taste in adventure runs to duty-free shopping. A popular cruise-ship excursion goes to St-Pierre, which was buried by ash when Mont Pelée erupted in 1902.
DAY 4: Deshaies, Guadeloupe
Deshaies’s natural, sheltered harbor, the deepest of the Caribbean, has always attracted seafarers. Trek through tropical forests, passing hot springs, and spectacular waterfalls to reach the smoldering crater of a volcano, bringing out the adventurer in you. Dive deep in the water, and swim with turtles. Revel in the panoramic beauty over a drink at sunset, accompanied by delicious, traditional Antilles cuisine.
DAY 5: St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda
Antigua is a bedazzling Caribbean destination, gorged with sunshine and crisp white sand beaches. Historic forts, sparkling coastline, and dense rainforest all contribute to Antigua’s land of thrilling natural beauty. St. John’s glows in the sunshine, with flamingo pink and baby blue paint boldly coating vivid Georgian buildings. Lively markets offer an authentic slice of Antiguan life, while museums celebrate the island’s revered cricketers like Viv Richards, and the story of independence.
DAY 6: Les Saintes, Guadeloupe
It’s easy to imagine how these heavenly Caribbean islands earned their name – which translates as Islands of the Saints. Labeled as such by Christopher Columbus when he reached them in 1493, the islands have lost none of their heavenly beauty and appeal since. Head out across the bobbing waves to revel in their beauty from the deck of a catamaran, or choose your spot on a banana-bend of soft sand like Pain De Sucre Beach.
DAY 7:Bequia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Arrive at the charming island of Bequia. Enjoy a relaxing day at one of the beautiful beaches, such as Princess Margaret Beach or Lower Bay Beach. Discover the island’s maritime history at the Bequia Maritime Museum or take a boat tour to explore the nearby cays and marine life. The island’s tiny capital, Port Elizabeth, sits behind, with its bustling fruit and vegetable market, turtle sanctuary, and stalls selling hand-crafted model ships. This tiny, pretty island is ridged along the centre, and you can earn your beachside bliss with a gentle hike to the top of Mount Peggy, looking out over views of Grenada and St Vincent.
DAY 8:Bridgetown, Barbados
Return to Bridgetown, Barbados, and disembark after breakfast. Take some time to explore more of Barbados if your schedule allows. Visit the historic Garrison Savannah, Harrison’s Cave, or relax on one of the island’s beautiful beaches before heading to the airport for your journey home.
