So much more than a city, Rome is a huge and magnificent open air museum.
When in Rome… students will get to see where gladiators battled it out for the entertainment of the wealthy at the imposing Colosseum amphitheatre 2000 years ago, visit the cradle of the Roman Empire at the ancient Forum, the Foro Romano; and admire the works of Italian Renaissance masters at St Peter’s Square.
This is a wonderful trip through classic history and one of our most popular school tours for the February mid term break.

NORTHERN LIGHTS IN ICELAND
February is also one of the best months to visit Iceland, land of ice and fire, and experience one of nature’s most spectacular displays: the Northern Lights. Iceland is a truly unique destination for school tours for the February mid term break.
While they are difficult to forecast (they can be predicted approximately two hours in advance) Northern Lights are more common in the winter months, from October to March, where there is less light.
In addition to the mesmerising Northern Lights, a school trip to Iceland is absolutely fascinating for its incredible geological gems, from the thermal waters of the Blue Lagoon to its lava sculpted landscapes. Game of Thrones fans might feel they are in familiar territory too as Iceland is one of the show’s filming locations.
