The white truffle consists of an underground fungus that grows in some special regions depending on the fauna and geological characteristics.

The traditional ingredients include not only tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, but also basil and extra virgin olive oil, all cooked in a wood-fired oven to make a crispy taste.
There are different versions of Neapolitan – style pizza, including Margherita, Marinara, and Margherita extra.
Carne Salada: Salted meat
Carne Salada is a popular Italian dish that originated in the region of Trentino. It is believed that its origins date back to the 15th century.
What makes this gourmet dish so special is its delicate preparation. The Beef, after being degreased and mixed with salt and herbs, is then left for a few weeks in a dark room, where it will be rubbed every three days and eventually will obtain a salty taste.
Each one has its particular preferences when tasting carne salada: grilled, with beans, with a potato pie, or served as carpaccio style… but they are all delicious.
Schiacciata
Bread, made with flour, olive oil, yeast, water and salt, the delicious Schiacciata is very popular in the Italian region of Tuscany, especially in Florence.
