Day 1 & 2- Miami, pre-cruise hotel 

As far as vacation destinations go, Miami tops most sun-seekers’ lists. With its gorgeous beaches, vibrant neighborhoods and melting pot of cultures, the Magic City is the perfect place to spend a few days before your Caribbean island hop. Ahead of your cruise from Miami, jump-start your morning in true Miami style with a Cuban cafecito from a ventanita — a streetside shop window.

A transfer will pick you up from the airport to your hotel for a one-night pre-cruise stay in Miami. You will then be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the Miami port, where your cruise holiday begins.

Day 2 – Day At Sea

Spend a day cruising the sea, while experiencing everything that the ship, Freedom of Seas has to offer.

Day 4 – Costa Maya, Mexico 

Past meets present in Costa Maya. Venture into the jungle for a glimpse of Maya history at the Chacchoben and Kohunlich ruins. Or kick back in the village of Mahahual, where you can hit the beach and sip micheladas— a spicy beer cocktail. The best of both worlds awaits.

Day 5 – Roatan, Honduras 

Roatán is a swath of volcanic coastline, dense rainforest, and sandy shores. You could snorkel for days through the second largest barrier reef in the world. Or wander endlessly over pine-forested hills and jungle trails.

Day 6 – Cozumel, Mexico 

Cozumel blends Mexican culture with Caribbean vibes. You can explore its Maya roots in Tulum, or discover a secret world of sea life as you snorkel beneath the waves in Chankanaab.

Day 7 – Day at Sea

While at sea, take time to recharge before the next adventure. Lounge by the pool, be spoiled at the spa, dine at any of the onboard restaurants or explore the thrills on each deck until we arrive at the next destination.

Day 8 – Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas 

Perfect Day at CocoCay is split into 10 unique neighborhoods, each with its own activities. There are plenty of free things to do around the island, as well as premium experiences available for purchase. Seven of the neighborhoods are free admission, and three require a paid admission: Thrill Waterpark, Coco Beach Club, and Hideaway Beach (adults-only beach).

Day 9 – Miami, Florida 

The cruise might have ended, but there are still some great activities to enjoy in the area. If you flew into this port, be mindful of your departure flight time and plan accordingly.
