Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Dublin

• Arrival at Dublin Airport.
• Private transfer to hotel.
• Afternoon at leisure or optional warm-up round.
• Welcome dinner in Dublin.
• Overnight: Dublin

Day 2 – Portmarnock Golf Club

• Breakfast at hotel.
• Transfer to Portmarnock Golf Club, one of Ireland’s finest links courses.
• Afternoon free in Dublin city for Guinness Storehouse, shopping or relaxation.
• Overnight: Dublin

Day 3 – Druids Glen (Wicklow)

• Travel south into the Garden County of Wicklow.
• Play Druids Glen, often called the “Augusta of Europe.”
• Continue to Kildare estate hotel.
• Overnight: Kildare

Day 4 – The K Club (Palmer North Course)

• Championship round at The K Club, host of the 2006 Ryder Cup.
• Afternoon spa, whiskey tasting or optional second round.
• Celebration dinner.
• Overnight: Kildare

Day 5 – Departure

• Transfer to Dublin Airport

• 4 nights luxury accommodation (4–5 star hotels)
• Daily full Irish breakfast
• 3 championship green fees
• Pre-booked and confirmed tee times
• Private executive transfers throughout the tour
• Airport arrival and departure transfers
• Welcome dinner
• Farewell dinner

• Caddie fees (payable directly at each golf club)

• Beverages with meals
• Gratuities for driver and golf staff
• Spa treatments or optional leisure activities
• Personal expenses (laundry, minibar, room service, etc.)
• Early check-in or late check-out at hotels
• Any services not specifically listed under “What’s Included”

• Price per person based on two adults sharing rooms
• Single occupancy is available on request at a supplement (enquire for details)
• Travel insurance is available as optional extra
• Itinerary may be subject to change
• A non-refundable deposit of €500 per person is required at the time of booking
• If the tour is cancelled by the operator, participants will receive a full refund of payments made. No further liability shall apply.
• Tee times are subject to availability and course regulations.
• Golfers must comply with each club’s dress code and handicap requirements.
• In rare cases, courses may substitute equivalent championship venues if necessary.
• The tour operator acts as an intermediary between participants and service providers (hotels, golf clubs, transport providers). The operator shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers.
• Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of deposit.
• All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be issued for:

– More than 60 days before departure: Payments made (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

– 60 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost is non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• No-shows
• Unused rounds of golf
• Missed tee times
• Early departure
• Weather-related interruptions once play has commenced
