- Travel insurance is not included. It is a condition of our acceptance of your booking that you obtain appropriate travel insurance. On STEP 2 please select ‘Blue Insurance’ or ‘Insurance Declined (if you have your own travel insurance). If a date of birth is not selected, the system won’t allow you to proceed to Step 3. On a mobile, you will have to scroll to the right of the name to see this but it will be easier to make the booking on a laptop or desktop computer.
- Once STEP 3 is completed you will receive a provisional booking reference.
- Once the booking is reviewed at JWT, you will receive a confirmation invoice by email. We normally send them quite quickly if booked during working hours. If booked outside office hours, you will receive it the next working day.
- After receiving a confirmation invoice, you will receive a separate email with a payment link. Payment links are sent between 4 – 6pm the same day or next day if booking is made after 4pm or weekends. Payments should be made within 3 days (1 working day if within 12 days weeks of departure), either online or by bank transfer
