DAY 1 – FRIDAY 30TH AUGUST 2024

Today you will be flying from Dublin to Milan. You can spend the day exploring Milan or head to the track for Practice 1 and 2. You will find a detailed schedule at formula1.com

On arrival in Milan airport, the easiest way to get to the hotel is to take public transport from the airport to Milan Central station. From there the hotel is just a 4-minute walk away. You may also prefer to make your way directly to the track.

While check in is only available from 3pm, with the early flight time, you could opt to go to the hotel and drop your bags at reception for the day, before making your way to the track in time Practice 1.

DAY 2 – SATURDAY 31ST AUGUST 2024

Race day, make your way to the Monza circuit after breakfast.

Getting from the hotel to the track:

TRAIN AND SHUTTLE BUS:

You can take a train from Milano Centrale to Monza railway station (20-30 min approx. every 15 min approximately, return tickets cost around €5).

There is a shuttle bus from Monza railway station to the circuit however it involves a lot of walking; 10-20 minutes from the shuttle drop-off points to the circuit entrances, in addition to 10-30 minutes to get to your seat.

You can buy a €13 return ticket to travel from any station in Milan to Monza Station on race weekend that also includes a return ticket for the Black Shuttle. The Black Shuttle buses run on Friday (07:30-20:00), Saturday (07:00-20:00) and Sunday (06:30-20:00).

More information: Formula 1 How to get to Monza

TRAIN AND TAXI:

Alternatively, you can take a train from Milan to Monza railway station and then a taxi to the circuit.

TAXI:

A taxi (or Uber) from central Milan should cost around €60-80 one way. Be aware that if you haven’t booked a return trip, it can be difficult at peak times to get a taxi from Monza back to Milan. Staying around the circuit or going for a drink nearby is a good idea to let the crowds thin out and be able to more easily order a taxi or Uber.

DAY 3 – SUNDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER 2024

Head to Monza to enjoy a full day at the track.

The Grand Prix Race takes place at approximately 14:00 in the afternoon (local time).

You can find a full schedule at formula1.com

Please note timetable is subject to change.
