DAY 1: DEPART DUBLIN, ARRIVE ATLANTA
You will be welcomed by your friendly tour guide at Dublin Airport before flying to the incredible Atlanta. You will be given the evening free to relax and rest after your travels or to explore at your own leisure.
DAY 2:GUIDED TOUR OF ATLANTA & TRAVEL TO PIGEON FORGE
Once we have finished our first American breakfast, you will be brought on a guided tour of Atlanta, after which we will begin our drive to the tour’s favourite location and home to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge. You will see breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and arrive at Dollywood Resort.
DAY 3: FULL DAY DOLLYWOOD
Today you will have a full day at the amazing Dollywood resort which impressed our tour so much last year that we have ensured more time to take in everything that this magnificent 160-acre park has to offer.
DAY 4: DEPART PIGEON FORGE, KNOXVILLE & NASHVILLE
After our last breakfast in Pigeon Forge, we will begin our drive to the home of country music Nashville Tennessee, stopping off in Knoxville on the way before we arrive at the home of country music
DAY 5: GEORGE JONES GRAVE, MAUSOLEUM AT WOODLAWN MEMORIAL PARK & LORETTA LYNN RANCH
Today will be a day for remembering the music greats of Nashville, as we visit the graves of the amazing George Jones, Johnny Cash, Lynn Anderson, Tammy Wynette’s Mausoleum to name but a few, at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Mausoleum and have the afternoon free to explore this amazing city. In the afternoon we visit the Ranch of the late Loretta Lynn and pay our respects
DAY 6: GENERAL JACKSON & MADAME TUSSAUDS
Experience an incredible Country music show and lunch on the General Jackson Showboat, which is one of the many highlights of our amazing USA / Nashville tour. Once we have finished our cruise you will get to “meet” face-to-face with a huge range of waxwork recreations for the biggest stars in music and more in the fabulous Madame Tussauds.
DAY 7: RYMAN AUDITORIUM TOUR, COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OR FAME & RCA STUDIO B, GRAN OLE OPRY SHOW
We have a jam-packed day of amazing locations steeped in music history and even a live show. The fantastic Ryman Auditorium, The Country Music Hall of Fame and the legendary RCA Studio B, which collects and preserves the evolving rich history and traditions of country music, followed by a show at the Grand Ole Opry one of the most popular cultural spots Nashville has to offer.
DAY 8: TRAVEL TO MEMPHIS AND VISIT SUN STUDIOS & GRACELAND
Departing Nashville early in the morning our tour will arrive in the stronghold of rock & roll Memphis. Once we arrive we will also be visiting one of the most famous recording studios in the world Sun Studios “The Birthplace of Rock n Roll”. Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley and Carl Perkins are just a few of the big names to record here. We will then settle into our last hotel for the tour. In the afternoon, you will be taking in the truly unbelievable Graceland mansion seeing how the King lived and paying respects at the grave of Elvis and his family. We will then settle into our last hotel for the tour.
DAY 9: TRANSFER TO AIRPORT TO FLY TO BOSTON FOR STOPOVER
This morning we have an early flight to Boston, where we have an afternoon stopover before continuing to Dublin. We land in Boston around midday and are taken to the city centre for a walking tour and some free time to explore. We return to Boston airport in the evening to board our overnight flight back to Dublin
DAY 10: ARRIVING IN IRELAND
We arrive in Ireland early today after our incredible United States of America tour.
